It is an excellent way of promoting a healthier lifestyle.
The venues used are often permanent courses in public parks or other areas where we can design our own routes. Testing your map reading skills and co-operative team work makes this a truly competitive and enjoyable sport. Suitable for all ablities as nothing is too strenuous or too long. Full training available.

We have a wide variety of imaginative team challenge activities and games that are designed to keep all team members occupied. These fun, challenging, problem solving activities bring people together time and time again.
